95SevilleSLS
Well, I finally found the Caddy that I wanted. It's a 1993 Sixty Special. According to wikipedia, they only made about 5000 of these in 93. Sadly, this is not the one with the ultra interior, but it still is a great car. It has 167,000 miles on it and I haven't been able to find anything wrong with it yet besides it needign brakes in the front oh and possibly shocks. It rides so nice compared to my STS. I took it on a 120 mile run home after I bought it and it cruised down the road just perfect. I bought this for me driving back and forth to work, but it will be the car we drive away with at the wedding. It has brand new tires on it and the interior is in perfect shape. It came with keyless entry, but there is a tab broken off in the pod and I only got it to work once. It has the rear vanity mirrors for the people in the back and the cool lights on the side in the back. This is definitely what a Cadillac should be. Suprisingly, it has a Delco CD player. Ed Hall
That's a very nice looking car especially with that many miles on it. The previous owner most likely took very good care of it. At the amount of miles that you bought the car with, it's likely many things have already replaced like water pump, transmission and alternator. The 4.9 is also a super reliable engine. From the reliability standpoint, I would take the 4.9 any day over the Northstar.
KHE
Nice looking car! My next door neighbor has one that is identical in appearance. This morning, a coworker asked me what car I prefer - the Fleetwood Brougham or the STS and he was shocked when I told him I preferred the Fleetwood Brougham. He asked why and my answer was "interior room, better seats and the smooth ride". navion
That car doesn't look like it has ever been out in the rain! It must have spent most of it's life in a garage. Looking at the interior, it is apparent that someone took extreme pride in keeping this car clean. In the old days, an unscrupulous individual would have rolled about a 100,000 miles off of the odometer & claimed that a little old lady drove it to church only on Sunday! It looks fantastic! If it was maintained mechanically as well as it was cosmetically, you have a keeper! Let us know how it runs out. Good Luck, Britt Britt

lothos
That's quite the sharp looking car. Sounds perfect for the wedding. I wasn't familiar with the Sixty Special so I looked it up on wikipedia. The Ultra package sounds real nice, but only 688 were made in that year. Sounds like they'd be real hard to find. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadillac_Sixty_Special WARNING: I'm a total car newbie, don't be surprised if I ask a stupid question! Just trying to learn.
