2003 CTS speedometer cluster removal???

  1. Remove the I/P cluster trim cover.

    1. Tilt the steering column to the lowest position.
    2. Using a small flat bladed tool, pry up on the I/P cluster trim.
    3. Remove the trim cover from the vehicle.
  2. Remove the screws (2) securing the cluster to the I/P.

  3. Install a small flat bladed tool (1) between the I/P cluster and the I/P.

  4. Pry up on the I/P in order to release the retainers on the cluster.
  5. Pull out on the cluster and disconnect the electrical connectors.

Do you mean the indicator needles on the gauges? I believe that the instrument panel itself is not considered to be serviceable, but should be replaced as a whole.

What has happened to your instrument panel that you need to change the needles?
