Bruce Nunnally Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share Posted July 24, 2008 I recommend a 2004+ CTS with 3.6L. The 2.8l engine is the same engine in a smaller size, and slightly more economical. The earlier 3.2L engine is a different engine entirely. Manual or automatic, RWD or AWD as you prefer. For maximum sport look for a CTS-V which features a V8 engine, track suspension, performance brakes, but worse fuel economy.
