MAC
I've been asking for the return of my core charge for a PCM I purchased from Autopartsgiant.com since the beginning of November 07. I returned the core and it was received by them and I have the U.S. Post Office's certificate of mailing to prove it. I have called them at least 4 times, the last being on December 10, 2007, and I was assured my $75.00 would be reimbursed to my credit card. So far, all they've done is give me the run-around. Has anyone else ever have a problem getting a core charge returned from autopartsgiant.com?

I've never used them but just call your credit card company and tell them the problem and they should reverse the charge on your card and they'll contact the seller to find out what the problem is. Once the seller realizes that the $75 is taken away from them, they usually act fast to make the customer happy. If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans.

They have good prices, but looks like buying from them something with core charge is not a good idea. Thanks for letting us know and good luck. It does not hurt to contact BBB just to keep them honest. The saddest thing in life is wasted talent
