yeah,

I've been around this board for a long while by now (longer then my profile says, had another account before but had been discontinued over time) and can still remember you from about 4 or 5 years back.

Sometimes i wonder if you even have a life apart from your Caddy(s) and Caddyinfo....

But... always happy to read your reply's Mike and to see that 'most of the time' they actually make sense.

@ Jacobz28, welcome to the regulars!! and i agree, seems that its a step backwards from fanatic to regular... but hey... what's in a name?!?

If you are in complete control..... you are not going fast enough....

CADILLAC IS LIFE.................before this, BASKETBALL WAS LIFE and I was equally obsessed, practicing hours on end, and it got me through college. As you know I had another account also, and the 11,000 includes posts from that account. But even before this board, I participated on the prior board when the guru was very active for about 4 years.

I do have a life, I am a real estate analyst, this year I have been involved with the due diligence and financial modeling of a $1.2 billion purchase of a major 1.2 million square foot office building on Park Avenue in New York City and I built a lease analysis computer model for a 1.2 million square foot regional mall in Salt Lake City. Not to mention other plain vanilla real estate.

Hey I make an attempt at helping its my nature and sometimes I am right, but sometimes I am wrong but that helps others to brainstorm to solve a problem and sometimes others help me find a problem, its a conserted effort here. I have been participating much less lately, and expect that I will continue to drift, as I actually DO have a life, its been fun however and I have enjoyed helping other Cadillac lovers. I have recently read a book called Codependent No More and it talks about helping others at the expense of yourself. I think I have had some of that, and I am more conscious of that now. But over the past 5 or so years I have been so unhappy in my marriage and career that this was a diversion and it was enjoyment.

Each time I hear someone say, do you have a life?, I reassess my participation and pull back, this takes a lot of effort, time and energy
