krowe Posted December 20, 2007 Report Share Posted December 20, 2007 99 Deville Concourse, when twilight is turned guages bounce around and voltage drops on message display but car voltage (multimeter) is in spec, when lights are activated manualy all is good, relays flicker on and off also. Cadillac Jim Posted December 21, 2007 Report Share Posted December 21, 2007 It sounds like a bad ground or a bad connector on the back of the headlight switch and/or the twilight sentinel slider. Reach up and try to push the connectors on firmly and see if that fixes it. You might get the OBD II codes and post them here.
