coolnesss
The guy forgot to bolt on the A/C compressor - man o man, how could he have missed THAT? It may be a hotrod, but, it IS a Cadillac!
OynxSTS
Would have been WAY cooler if it had a 472 or a 500... Bolting a Chevy motor into a Cadillac is just plain WRONG! Easin' down the highway in a new Cadillac, I had a fine fox in front, I had three more in the back ZZTOP, I'm Bad I'm Nationwide Greg
Cadillac Jim
This looks like they put a big-block in a CTS-V, which comes with a 6.0 liter motor that is a variant of the Corvette 6.0 liter V8. They coulda, shoulda, used a 632 cid: http://www.worldcastings.com/prods_pages/108080.htm Scroll down and look at product 108090A, which with it's aluminum block and heads would weigh in at about 550 lbs and thus be very compatible with the CTS-V chassis. -- Click Here for CaddyInfo page on "How To" Read Your OBD Codes-- Click Here for my personal page to download my OBD code list as an Excel file, plus other Cadillac data -- See my CaddyInfo car blogs: 2011 CTS-V, 1997 ETC Yes, I was Jims_97_ETC before I changed cars. JasonA
Wow. Looks pretty clean. I'd like to know what they used for the drive line behind the engine. Solid rear axle? Fab in Corvette or CTS rear suspension? I really like how unassuming the car is from the outside -- except for the straight exhaust of course. I'd slap on a set of REAL quiet mufflers and go Corvette hunting. Jason(2001 STS, White Diamond) "When you turn your car on...does it return the favor?"
