EJPut
I think I have a loose injector. When I go to pull the fuel rail up to check, it says to release the pressure. How do I do this?? Thanks, Eric Also, after 11 years, I think I need to replace the mufflers. Does anyone have the part #s for the Dynomax Super Turbo XT's?? 93 STS
Romey-Rome
I usually just open the tank & pull the fuel lines off....But that was when the car was overnight cold, not sure how that would differ on a not so cold engine...
Ranger
If you are talking about relieving fuel pressure, find the shraeder valve on the fuel line and remove the cap. Put a rag over it to catch the fuel and push the valve (just like letting the air out of your tires). If it sat overnight there may not be much as they will sometimes bleed down. EJPut
Thanks, Larry, I will find the shraeder valves location and relieve the pressure if it doesn't sit overnight before I lift up the fuel rail.
