Julio Posted April 24, 2004 Report Share Posted April 24, 2004 I am removing the engine from my 97 Eldorado from the top and after removing the manifold I have this. It looks like oil, I am pulling the engine because it failed a block test, was loosing water. I always wondered why occasionally I would get smoke coming out from under the hood from some unknown location. Nothing was dripping on anything hot I geuss it was this oil baking in the valley. Has anyone seen this before? If so is it just a head gasket to fix it or did it end up being other problems also. Any help would be greatly appreicated.
