flatback2
I am getting an intermittent whining noise from the Waterpump pully area, been happening for about a month now and no leaks or overheating issues, does that waterpump pully ever go bad ? JimD
Probably the belt tensioner getting ready to fail. Jim Drive your car. Use your cell phone. CHOOSE ONE !
BodybyFisher
I have replaced my water pump tension, the serp belt tensioner and the idler wheel. They all began to whine about 60K miles. Each pulley has bearings that become rough.. They are fairly cheap to buy. Dasher
When I had 'whining', it turned out to be power steering. Check the fluid level.
