Dasos
Go figure a week after I have my STS the headliner on the sunshade is coming loose from the center Ok, so its not a major deal but quite annoying. Does anyone have some tips on ways a person could go about fixing this before its becomes a bigger problem? Thanks.
Caddynut
From what I remember and have dealt with any headliner material is that the glue is probably dried out and has let loose in which case, to fix it properly, you have to take the old fabric completely off of the sunshade, clean the sunshade of all loose glue and old fabric and respray new glue and get some new material. You might try cleaning the old fabric and re-using it, but usually, the old fabric is pretty well gone. It has been a while since I have put a headliner in, but this is what my experiences have been. There isn't an easy fix that looks good, it just takes some time and patience. I got my fabric from a place called "Headliners in a Hurry" based out of Florida, but I am sure there are other places probably closer to you that would have the same color of fabric with the foam backing already mounted. 2008 BMW 328xi 2007 Chrysler Aspen 2001 Cadillac Seville STS 2000 Ford Ranger XLT1998 Mitsubishi Spyder Convertible 1996 Saturn SC-11991 Ford F-1501979 Chevrolet Caprice1968 Ford LTD1965 VW Beetle "Herbie The Love Bug Replica** 1961 VW Beetle
