If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. However, I keep thinking of the comment that if we all drove electric vehicles and someone invented a new type of propulsion called internal combustion that could carry it's own charge onboard in liquid form and be recharged in minutes it would revolutionize the electric car industry. I am looking forward to hybrids and fuel cell vehicles though; my fav would be if we all end up with hydrogen stations in the back yard and can fill up for free at home.
