Paint star, 95 DeVille

Recommended Posts

[attachmentid=3161]In the attachment, I have a picture of some star pattern cracks in the paint on my caddy's passenger side door. Is repair difficult? What are my options? Any tips?

Looks like a metallic color. It is going to be very hard, if not impossible to blend. Especially if you are going to try to do it yourself. A body shop will likely paint the entire door.

Check the inside of the door to make sure you are not taking on water.

If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans.

most likely have to strip down and repaint the whole panel. has the car been painted in these areas or had bodywork done before?
