Well I got the service stability message today!

I also go an ABS1232 code????

I tried to do a search, but as usual it keeps saying there is none?

I don't know what I am doing wrong?

Anyone know what this code is?

If you meant to report this code, C1232, it means Left Front Wheel Speed Circuit Open or Shorted.

Your LF wheel speed circuit has a wiring problem, OR, the the sensor in the hub is defective. I would expect a buildup of packed snow or ice in the area of the hub to chassis connector could and would cause this problem.

Yes it is a C1232, but shows up as the ABS 1232.

I pulled the car into the shop tonight, and let it defrost for a few hours.

I then took the sensor wires and washed them off, cause they were full of road salt, and sand.

It seemed to work for about 5 min, and then the code came up again!

What the heck?

This is the same wheel bearing I replaced last summer.

The fuse is fine, and the wires seem to be connected ok. I didn't take the wheel off, but should I?

Any help would be great.

You could try this. Go through your defrost procedure again and pull the wheel to do a complete inspection of the wire harness and connector. Also remove and dry and clean the connector at the EBTCM.

I took the wheel off today, and all seemed pretty good.

I think it might of been a little loose?

I don't know.

I will take it for a drive, after I check the EBTCM.

Thanks JimD!!
