Dusty95 Posted February 18, 2007 Report Share Posted February 18, 2007 Cadillac didn't fall under this new TSB YET, but it may, so try it anyway. It worked on a Bonneville for me. The new TSB states that instead of repacking the steering shaft, simply stroking the shaft will create the same outcome. Unbolt the shaft from one end ( I prefer the end towards the rack), fully compress it and pull it back out 15-20 times then reinstall the shaft.
