Check your battery connections.

You are getting a lot of U codes, check this thread, this fellow is located in France, he also has a lot of U codes, I think he might have caused them by choosing unavailable features in the feature programing... I posted some info on the U1255 code

Keep an eye on this thread:

This sure looks like an electrical problem to me. You have a network code for every module with a code, which tells me that the network cabling is disrupted or the car power voltage is low. Either the battery cable isn't making good connection as BodybFisher says, your battery is not charging and it got below 9 volts, or you lost a harness connection. If the engine was just replaced, a harness connector might need to be pressed in more firmly. I would check the battery cable connections, including the ground, and look at the main battery cable power to the maxifuse block behind the air cleaner housing and make sure that the bolt is tight there. If that doesn't do it, I would look at all the harness connectors under the hood very carefully for shorts and loose connectors, particularly the one to the PCM. If you can, look under the car for wires that might have been exposed after the work and damaged by road debris or contact with the exhaust system.

Late reply to an older thread. Sounds an awful lot like my '97 STS when the main computer went out. Not a cheap or quick repair. Hope that isn't what it is. :(
