OBD2

Hi Guys,

When I disconnect the battery of my '92 Eldo, I have to follow some procedures to reprogram OBD1. (Like TPS learn, AC)

My question: are any procedures required when battery was disconnected an a car with OBD2? ;)

Thanks!

No, just drive it normally and it should go about the learning process by itself, unless something like the IAC is sticking or you have some other tuning or cleaning issue. I've found that it takes about a quarter tank of gas to get that last edge of performance and gas mileage back. Steady-throttle cruising doesn't count. Part-throttle acceleration with a fully warmed up engine is good.
