BodybyFisher
Glad to hear that you have it running again, sorry it cost so much.. We have a few members that have had the sunroof leak, they will chime in here to help I am sure.. In the meantime, do a search of the archives there is some info on the sunroof leak that should be helpful.. DO NOT use compressed air to try to clear it.... that I DO know... Mike reconditioned is the correct term, it means that it was sent back to a factory, repaired if necessary and tested good... We said that back on the '90s cars. Dont touch the IPC settings. Well, the car is running. Much higher price to have a new PCM and programmed then here in the US. Maybe the service time doing diagnostics? But..its running. Yes time to diagnose was long... 10 hours ... and hours cost here is high... Cost for a reconditioned PCM here is approx 900$ (610€). Dealer said he never changed a PCM in his life on a cadillac. (and he's experimented)...according to him, car have had a booster flash in recent time, that can kill a PCM some time after.
