CarolinaGreg
Hey Folks- Odd question on the Twilight Sentinel on a 92 SDV. If I turn the twilight sentinel "on", I get headlights, but no dashlights. If I pull the manual switch out, I get headlights and dashlights. I haven't thought to check to see if the Twilight Sentinel will turn the lights on during daylight..that just occured to me. Any thoughts? "Torque it down 'til it strips. Then back off half a turn." www.picturetrail.com/carolinagreg
Cadillac Jim
Rotating the headlight knob is supposed to operate the dimmer for the dash lights. Have you tried rotating it? -- Click Here for CaddyInfo page on "How To" Read Your OBD Codes-- Click Here for my personal page to download my OBD code list as an Excel file, plus other Cadillac data -- See my CaddyInfo car blogs: 2011 CTS-V, 1997 ETC Yes, I was Jims_97_ETC before I changed cars. CarolinaGreg
Yep. Dimmer for the dash lights work fine. And I have good dash lights when the lights are on manually. I am wondering if the twlight switch has gone bad. "Torque it down 'til it strips. Ranger
Do the headlights come on when it gets dark or when you cover the sensor? If si, the sensor is good.
