front end noise

My Eldo makes a jingling sound from the drivers front tire everytime it makes a right turn, doesn't matter what speed or how hard of a turn,I can drive down the road and make a slight turn of the wheel to the right and hear it and as long as the wheel is turned right it makes the noise the moment it is headed straight or left nothing. If it is sitting I can turn the steering wheel with no noises I thought it must be a brake pad, took the brake apart cleaned it, lubed it and checked for anything that might be hitting or scraping found nothing, any ideas?

Check for a cracked axle boot, it sounds possibly like a CV joint to me. Look for grease being thrown around the boots as an indication that something is wrong, althought its possible that all the grease is gone at this point... Push the folds to see cracks both the inner and outer boots
