Is it possible for they relays to take out both fans at once? how do you check them to see if they are good? and btw.......thanks for the reply! Apply 12 v to the proper ends and check the the others for continuity. I know that it sounds easier than it is, but as soon as you look at the diagrams you'll figure out what to do. Get 12V from lighter (fuse protected), do not use the battery directly to avoid an accidental (and really bad) short.
