infamous805187
The clear coat on the caddy I just bought is starting to peel on the very top, its unnoticable really, but I am all over this car all the time and noticed it. Im going to give it to my bro when I buy a newer caddy. His first car at 16. I want it to look brand new. I might even change the color. I dont want anything too crazy, no graphics or anything, just a shine that looks brand new. Anyone know any excellent places to take it? I dont really care what it costs, but a ballpark figure would be great. It is a 93 sts. Thanks. Im thinking of buying an 06 dts, how does that compare to this sts? Bruce Nunnally
The 06 DTS is a nice car. It is similar but on a newer platform and with a much more refined powertrain in terms of noise, harshness, and vibration. Some people find if they WANT the sportiness and 'rawness' of the STS that the DTS is too subdued, and if they WANT the luxury of the DTS the STS is too rough. Those are the essential different personalities of the STS vs DTS.
