epricedright Posted July 19, 2006 Report Share Posted July 19, 2006 If anyone needs to replace their outside mirror, use some lithium grease in the round pivot post in the center. I fought trying to put that mirror on last night forever, till I put a little grease on there and pop, it went right on. I'm just glad I didn't break the mirror, with all the pushing I did. I also found it was easier to put the 2 legs on the mirror 1st, then put the legs in the motor. I was lucky enough to find a used driver side heated, auto-dimming mirror on ebay for $8 plus $6 s/h.
