A dozen years after its start as an edgy, luxury sedan, General Motors Co.’s midsize Cadillac CTS is evolving into a handsome, less edgy and decidedly German-feeling car with improved handling.
For 2014, the CTS, made at GM’s Lansing Grand River assembly plant, is longer and lighter. It even embraces — and smartly deploys — turbocharged four- and six-cylinder engines.
