  1. Thanks, guys! Hey, Bruce! Good to see ya! I hope all is well. I don't mean to take this discussion off topic - but I had to comment on what you said.. You're so right. With nearly 80,000 members, I've NEVER ONCE run into a Cadillac owner who's heard of my site. There is plenty of room on this planet for multiple Cadillac sites and forums. The only ones I ban are those who are simply in it for the money and/or who come along and spam my forum with links to theirs. It's easy to see who the true "enthusiasts" are. Bruce, you are certainly one of them. Thanks again!
  2. Thank you, Warren, for bringing this to my attention. The only thing I can think of as to why this domain was blocked is the possibility that someone came along, spammed us and a member of my team set up the block. I'm 100% positive that Bruce would never spam my site.. is now unblocked but it may take a few hours as the maintenance system rebuilds the post cache. As some of you obviously know, links to from have always been welcome... Thanks again, Warren...
  3. Bob D. Isn't it amazing how your 93 (or even a white diamond 92) STS looks as good as a 97 STS? It's been the same exterior the whole time.. And if it weren't for the 98 and newer looking different, it could STILL pass for a brand new car, if well-maintained...
  4. Hmm.. It looks as if someone has won the bidding.. I had an 1995 Eldorado Touring Coupe with 110,000 miles on it and sold it for $8k.. So, a few years later, your asking price is good for a 1994. I guess since you live in Southern California, you'll be okay with the C4.. However, when I sold my ETC, I bought a C4 also - but I lived in New York at the time. So, I had to put the car away for a few months in the Winter - and that really bothered me. I missed my ETC.. And not for nothing, but I still wish I didn't sell the Cadillac and switch-over to a Vette.. Don't get me wrong, I loved the Vette too.. And now that I live in Florida, I'd be able to drive it year-round.. Still, it probably wont turn heads like your STS does...
  5. Everything! Haha. But don't worry.. As you find the time.. I just can't believe you're probably going to get your STS into the low 13s.. I'm really impressed by that.. In fact, it's a little too much for my brain to handle right now.
  6. Yeah, I believe it.. Somehow or another, even though it's GM, the paint really holds up on these cars.. White diamond was a premium paint option, so maybe it was a little thicker than the other colors.. All I know is, every white diamond Cadillac I see still looks good, no matter what year it is...
  7. I hear ya. I had a white diamond ETC and I loved it. It turned heads wherever I went. What year is your STS?
  8. I tried that once, but I'm not all that great with Photoshop.. It looked pretty bad.
  9. How's this STS holding up a year later? How much did all those performance mods cost (parts, installation)?
  10. Perfect for the person who wants the soft ride but loves the looks of a DTS.. I see myself in a DHS one day...
  11. This probably sounds nutty but I'd love to see what my Fleetwood Brougham would look like in white diamond.. Any pros out there know how to make that happen?
  12. I'm a white diamond freak myself, but the blue doesn't look bad..
  13. My last two Cadillacs have been 1995's.. A white diamond ETC and my mediam marblehead metallic Fleetwood Brougham.. Yes, two VERY different cars!
  14. Let me know if you guy's get a meet together. I'm actually trying to setup one of those "Need Funds?" Krispy Kreme funding programs for several Cadillac meets this year...
  15. I never sent mass PMs. I didn't have any email lists. I never took advantage of anyone or anything. The last thing a message board administrator wants is to have somebody abuse their own PM system to spam members about another message board. Members of my site came from the signature I was allowed to have at - from there, it was mostly word of mouth that built the site. I PM'd a few people for various reasons with my signature intact - not specifically an invitation. And MAYBE I sent out 4 or 5 PMs at gmforums. That's it. Furthermore, the PM was in regards to something entirely unrelated to my site. Another way I obtained members was to send out individual invitations to people I found on the web. I didn't go behind anyone's back - I emailed the email adress I saw on the screen - whether it was posted on their own website - or posted on a forum. There wasn't anything unethical about it. I suppose the Worst thing I did was email people when I received a response like, "I don't own a Cadillac anymore but I bet this guy would be interested".. Again, I did nothing unethical to build my membership.
