  1. New member here. Hello all. We purchased the vehicle new in California, (a species unto-itself), it has approx 155,000 miles on the clock and generally has been a great car. About 1996 something on the suspension failed, and rather than sell our firstborn, the dealer set the speed sensitive, computer controlled, suspension system to be fixed at the mid range of the three ranges... that was fine until the last couple of years. Now we feel every pebble on the road. Problem is this suspension system was only used in 1992 (from what we read) and there are no longer any oem shocks available nor any take-offs. We've looked at the aftermarket and are not convinced they'll work properly. Here's a picture from the 1992 owners manual: What do you suggest? Thank you, thank you very much.
