  1. If you didn't get instructions with it, you might have to take to dealer. I did for my 03'Deville.
  2. I wouldn't worry about it if use of the subs is more important, when it is time to worry is when you have soooo much bass it causes metal fatigue and stress fractures in the cars bodywork lol! That's coming pretty soon. I'm thinking about upgrading to 3 15" L7 solobarics an wiring them parallel to 2.67 ohm. I use monoblock amplifiers. I have 2 12" L7 solobarics wired down to 1 ohm as of now Lower the bass!
  3. You may find some answers here www.cadillacforums.com. I was once told to move dr. seat for/backwards 3x unitl stops, headrest up/down 3x and seat belt out/in until stops 3x then repeat for passenger side. It worked for me and some others, though my light sometimes comes on depending on temp. outside, but usually goes off after stopping/starting car a couple times.
  4. It is most likely the regulators are going bad. The parts may cost $150.00 or more depends on which window. I have the same problem. Seen them as low as $45-50,regulators with motor. Rear window's dont work in my car, back burnered for now. Hear click when using switch, friend said it's probably the motor, I think he said motor. Where did you find some regulators for $45-50? E-Bay, you might have to look a bit but they are there, here are some examples; http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180445921465&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=310172011495&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110441058140&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180379344135&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140397519722&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390168664042&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330413143386&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT especially check out last two links, they are pairs for $57.75 plus $5 shipping. 9. My wife and I will be at VA Beach, our week at timeshare. Her b-day is 11th and we will leave for beach on 12th and stay until 16/17?? It will be peaceful no kids and not alot of people there.
  10. Just for the record with the hope that future readers looking for assistance will actually read this far into the topic. The original poster was asking for information related to a 2001 Seville. Instructions for a 1996 Deville do not apply to a 2001 Seville. Period. I bought 2 fobs for my 03' Deville and was told they had be performed by a dealer or someone with a TechII scan tool, anyway dealer did it for me free as a courtesy when my i had CKP sensors relearned to car.
  11. Did you check the fuse under the hood, had same problem with my 2003 Deville, put fuse in and they work. Don't remember the number but it is listed on inside cover of fuse box under hood.
  12. I searched e-bay for 2003 Deville fob's and found 2 for $30 shipped, took them to dealer and had them programmed free, no problems. You should be able to do same. Good Luck!
  13. Try e-bay or amazon, got two for my 03' Deville for $30.00 shipped.
  14. Why not put that info on a site like mapquest, or input info into a gps and either will give a an approximate travel duration.
