DTSNeverAgain
Glad it was the neighbors car this time & not mine! I noticed them fiddling under the rear seat to try and get it started yesterday. The photo depicts todays events. Amongst the numerous problems with my car includes it not starting 3 times (once while in the dealers possession) all under 15,000 miles. There is absolutely no known reason for these cars suddenly just going dead with no electrical at all. "Cadillac's" anyone?
pulque
If your car battery is not AC/Delco or DieHard or is older than 2-3 years, then maybe it's time to upgrade....
PAUL T
I remember reading a while back someone had the same problem you described and it was the ground to the alternator that was coming loose. I would check the ground from the battery at the frame also.
Bentham
As Paul said, probably something simple. Don't just go writing off Cadillacs because of an easy fix you, or the dealer, couldn't seem to figure out -Eric Eric 93 Cad Seville 100K 95 Chev Blazer 143K [garaged summers]
