The knuckle is replaced as an assembly, you cant replace the bushings... Unfortunately, I think we're lone rangers on this. The Aurora is on the G platform (as well as the Buick Riviera) and no other vehicle that I know of uses the same rear suspension as the Cadillac E/K cars. If this were a 98+ Seville or a 00+ DeVille, it might be the same as another G car, but I wouldn't know for sure. Unfortunately in this case, I think it's really a Cadillac-only part (which is probably why it's hard to get a replacement/reproduction done).
