jamesg Posted April 13, 2005 Report Share Posted April 13, 2005 I have a PO95 detect engine stall and a code PO30 ISC RPM out of range. The 93 STS also makes a wining noise until a belt or motion turning stops under the hood on the driver's side. Can any one give me advise on what to do?
