Spice
So I throw a P0017 code. Did all the easy stuff but it turns out it is the worst scenario, stretched Timing Chain. I see a lot on the internet about GM helping with 2009 and previous models for this situation. Has anyone had this issue and is there any relief from GM on an extended warranty or recall on a 2010? Spice
Thanks BodyByFisher. No, it is 3.0L. It's a 2010. What you sent only applies to 2009 and earlier I believe.

Because of the timing chain issues, I would contact the regional manager to see if there are any service bulletins, recalls or programs on your engine. Good luck, sorry I was unable to help.
