Not something I would be concerned with, although a battery tender may retain some settings.    I am uncertain how things like which radio stations you have as memory settings are retained.

If you are specifically focused on diagnostic trouble codes, you can check and record them before you replace the battery and after.  None of the engine or transmission calibrations should be impacted.

Only thing I would worry about is the monitors, but if you are not due for a state inspection I would not worry about retaining anything.
