Bruce Nunnally Posted May 30, 2018 Report Share Posted May 30, 2018 At around 23K miles my 2016 ATS-V showed hairline cracks in the inner screen on the lower left hand corner of the Cadillac CUE infotainment system. I brought it over to the Dealer and they replaced it under warranty. Apparently this has been a frequent flyer item on these infotainment system. I am unclear if the inner screen itself is cracking, or if the touch sensitive coating is "wrinkling" due to heat, or to thermal shocks.
