@Göran W. You have a 2002 STS.  It is still the same OBD2 system.  I don't have an 02 manual, but this is from my FSM under Computer System Diagnosis, Section 8.

You are going to try to get into the DATA for the system you require and toggle through the data till you find what you need.  See the following scans that show you how to navigate to get to data

@BodybyFisher

My 98 does not have the capability to access inputs, outputs and overrides either.

I'm pretty sure they removed that from On Board to Tech2 only -  around 97 but definitely by 98.

The speed sensor fault has developed to constant. From the begining it only occured when wet. Was gone after 1-2 days dry.

Had my mecanic to check hub and joints. Everything ok.

Is the sensor still no 1 suspect or .......?

When you drive the car at highway speeds about 40 to 50 mph, do s-turns like F1 cars do to warm up their tires.  Listen for a moan or groan from the hub bearings as you strain the hub bearings.

I would check the connector at the hub bearing to be sure the connector is making a solid connection and follow that problem hub connector all the way back checking connections for looseness and corrosion.  Sometimes the female side of a connector loosens and needs tightening.

I dont know if the hub bearing has a resistance test but if it does test it.  Something tells me its a toothed mechanism that puts out a pulse, find out how the pulse is tested.

Finally back.

New hub and new wires. Works fine. Thanks for Your responce guys!

New problem: Turn indicator L+R works on and off. When not it just lights up, constant light.

Bad switch? Bad relay? If so, where is it located? By the collumn or in hazard switch or......?

I think the T-signal flasher is bad. It's not getting out of bed until you get it warm in the car. :P

The turn signal flasher and the hazard flasher were separate on 90 Seville.

When the turn signals are working, turn on either signal and listen around the lower left side of the dash. It is clipped to a bracket if IRC.

OoOps.. I was looking at the 90 Eldo in your profile.

'02 - pretty sure they were same flasher.  Should be near steering column left side I think

The hazard and the turn signal flashers are part of the Hazard Switch assembly. If the hazard flasher or the turn signal flasher needs to be replaced, it
will require replacement of the Hazard Control Switch. Remove the instrument panel right trim plate,

T:SHZD.jpeg

You will need to remove the upper dash pad to access the trim plate retaining screws, There are three snap clips to disengage also.
