Bruce Nunnally
I ordered a Bezalel charging case for my iphone 6plus. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015PEBRH0/ref=s9_al_bw_g107_i4 The wireless charger in the ATS is behind the climate control faceplate, which opens up. There is tray shaped for the normal sized phone, or if that tray is removed (simply pull out) an iphone 6plus. The case arrived, and snapped in place on the phone. Once I removed the tray, placing the iphone on the charging surface allowed it to charge. I think this would be most useful for long trips -- I don't foresee putting the phone in there for short commutes. Wireless charging works to charge your phone just by placing it on the charging surface -- you don't need to plug in a cable. Actually, since the iphone does not support wireless charging, the case is plugged in to the iphone charging port. Then the case charges wirelessly from the Cadillac, and in turn charges the iphone.
