I'm having an issue with my 94 Cadillac Sedan Deville where when I hit the gas it hesitates. I'm not sure if it is not getting enough gas or airflow. Any ideas what might be the problem and what I should do?

Also, several times the power will cut on and off at first (exa: It'll cut on and off several times for a couple seconds before it finally kicks in). I've been told the problem could be the fuel pump, the vacuum, or my C20 censor. I just had an idle speed control motor put on, a throttle body position sensor and gasket, and my combustion chamber cleaned.

You have an on board diagnostic computer, you need to check for DTC codes, and post them here. Go to the top of this page, click how to, then DTC codes and follow the directions on how to pull the codes for your year and post them here

Mike's right the diagnostic trouble codes may show what the issue is. http://www.caddyinfo.com/readingcodes.html

The CO2 sensor would be the O2 (oxygen) sensor, of which your car has 4.

As BBF said, pull the trouble code. Did you have the symptoms before you replaced ISC motor, throttle position sensor etc.? Vacuum leak, bad TPS and many other things can cause hesitation.

Bruce, it is 4.9 liter, so I believe there should be two oxygen sensors.

Also check your fuel pressure.
