A moderated forum means that new posts will not appear until I have a chance to review the site and agree that it is Cadillac related. When a user posts, it send me an email with the post for moderation, then once I agree it shows up here. Now there are some set threads, like for Links to Cadillac Parts and Accessories, and we can add other links to those.
