STSgirl96
Hello! 1996 STS 164,487 miles. Just got her Sept of 07. Just had to replace radiator. Still tends to want to overheat. Just noticed fans do NOT work. They don't come on with A/c on either. Also have traction control light and ABS light on. Other than that....I love this car!!! CarlaValentine
1994 Eldorado. Just rolled over 169k today! No major problems yet, but quite a few little headaches along the way. Had 142k when I bought it back in Aug or Sept last year.
Jan Olsson
I realized that I've failed to post in this topic, thought I had, strange.. My 1988 Eldorado had about 149000 miles on it when I sold it in 2007, no problems at all with that car except from very minor stuff. I also had a 1993 STS which had about 137000 miles on it. I bought the car with a defect, a burned exhaust valve that I did replace. After that it ran as good as a car possibly can run! I believe that only Barry94 and I have encountered a burned valve. My current car is a 2002 STS with about 75800 miles on it. I bought it with 20500 miles on in July 2007. I have replaced the front engine mount, front wheel bearings and the radiator. Apart from that I only had to deal with minor stuff. The radiator started to leak because the car had been "serviced" by a previous owner, the front engine mount was sloppy when I bought the car. You just got to love the quality, strength, economy, the ride, and the looks! My next car will of course be a Cadillac. The last STS with all the gadgets and gizmos
