He told station KBAK that he had taken his vehicle to a Jiffy Lube in Bakersfield, California, on Thursday to have the brakes replaced. When the technician took the car out on a test drive, all four wheels fell off. After the Jiffy Lube employees told him there was a problem, he walked up the street to find his car with a broken windshield and a technician trying to replace the wheels.
