Seriously, I don't think I would want to drive a pre-production exhibition model. Those can be true prototypes or they can be skin-deep, and some of them are hand-made chimeras of different cars, not all pieces of which are from the same year or even model or marque. For example the original show samples for the XLR seem to have been Corvettes with modified Seville/Eldorado drivetrains and a hand-made body and partly functional interior.
