Flottör till Cadillac -54 Rochchester

Hej,

tips på var jag hittar två nya flottörpar till min förgasare. Det är hål på alla 4.a på samma ställe. Möjligen att även lödningen runt om släpper igenom. Har pratat med carbboys men dom säljer inga flottörer. Letat på e-bay men icke.

Ejje, Are they brass?, can they be soldered?

Which Rochester carb is this?, many used a Carter WCFB? Is this a Rochester 4GC?

According to John, the brass floats can be repaired, see BRASS FLOATS at the bottom of this link:

Finally, to identify your Rochester 4G carb see the following link, there is a tin tag on it, see this link to get the info, also sometimes the carb is stamped, in the photo see the 7221 model, stamped into the carb, but not all carbs are stamped, that triangular tin tag has the model number. He said that a LOT of different floats were used so you must have the model number. AND, he WILL have the float for you IF you can find the model number,

Fixade flottörerna. Det gick förvånandsvärt bra tt laga hålen. En lödpenna visade sig vara perfekt. En kall trasa under den del som inte skulle lödas i skyddade så att inte flottören blev för varm.
