dnl18
Just traded in my 97 DeVille for an 2010 SRX. As a snowbird to AZ I would disconnect the DeVille battery to store the Caddy over the 5-6 months that I was gone. Can I do that with the SRX or do I have to put a trickle charger on it all winter. I see a large black box (with three cables attached to the top) on the right of the engine and it must be the battery. Don
Bruce Nunnally
The picture in the owner's manual shows a positive terminal access on top of the battery in the engine compartment. That looks like the 3-cables going in you see. <a href=" title="srx3Lengine by bwnunnally, on Flickr"> I. Battery (Out of View). See Battery on page 9‑27. J. Remote Positive (+) Terminal. See Jump Starting on page 9‑101. This suggests to me that the battery is a bit difficult to access?
