For a good time check out chrfab.com and see some 90's Northstars pumped up to 500+ hp with twin turbos with no head gasket problems or remedies reported there. Over time traces of coolant get into the head bolt wells and, if the coolant is acid, well, you get bi-metal corrosion of the aluminum. Eventually the threads will degrade and the head bolts will pull out. Then, you will get head seepage into the coolant.
