But I was driving along the other day and I realized that a very unique mileage was about to appear and I wanted to catch it with my cell phone. I was about 5 miles away from: 101010 miles But I spaced out and I missed it, I was so PO'd I missed it. 101010 binary code. Anyway, undaunted I vowed to catch the next milestone Gotta love Cell Phone Camera's (please be careful, if you participate in this madness, no accidents composing your photos, pull over safely, ) I just hope that I am always ALONE in the car when one of these milestones arrives, I really don't want to have to explain my actions. The before and after pic below is from awhile ago when I broke the 220K mark. Currently I'm just about to roll past 231K miles. I probably won't get the hots to snap another pic of the odometer until 250K. I have been averaging 22.4 MPG in mixed traffic to 70 mph sprints. Many WOTs to get by a-holes. Since May 28th that is 1,111 miles. This hard driving has stopped my oil usage, its probably the hardest I have ever driven my car. The Guru used to say this was a high performance racing engine and it thrives on being driven hard, the harder you drive her, the more she likes it, see any similarities here?
