  1. Hi! I got problem with my SRX navigation and radio. I buy car cheap becouse navigation and radio panel dont work. fuses was cheked and it's ok. Maybe someone has solution for this? (except by new radio) if it's wrong plase to this topic, then please Admin rem it in right place.
  2. Hi All, Contemplating my first Cadillac purchase. If you were to choose b/t a 2012 v 2013 Luxury edition SRX, which would you choose and why. The 2013 is about $3000 more, and I assume it includes the Info Cue system, which the 2012 doesn't. Otherwise, let's assume they are comparably equipped with similar mileage. My intent is to keep the car for three years while it's under warranty. Were there any worthwhile changes to the drivetrain between the two years?   3. I have a 2008 Srx 4.6 V8 and want to change The rear mufflers for a better sound. Anyone Who knows a good muffler and where to buy it? Does Anyone know The meassures for The rear muffler (lengt, diameter, offset between intake and outlet)? I don't have access to my Srx where I am now, so I can't meassure myself... Thanx, Anders
  4. I recently bought an 04 SRX. After a rain storm I noticed the well above the spare was wet. Also noticed the headliner above, at the hatch, showed signs of being wet. Any ideas on how water is getting in?

  6. The following question was implied in a post by SRXY here last November, but did not receive any reply. I'm hoping some of you guys with advanced technical expertise can advise on the best way to procede in solving this problem. My 2004 SRX (V8) is now high mileage (just passed 130K) and all systems are perfect - except for one: the gears in the transfer case that make the switch from two to all wheel drive, when the need to do so is determined by the computer, have begun to slip and pop - which is basically every time any extra torque is desired, particularly upon moving from a stop. The cost of repair/rebuild to correct the problem is apparently much greater than the current value of the car would warrant. It is also my understanding that beyond the limited moments of slip and pop, the drive operations of the car are otherwise safe and unaffected. So I wonder, how difficult would it be to alter the computer module to bypass the command which intermittently engages all four wheels? Thanks in advance for your comments and helpful suggestions.
