I have very similar issues with my 2005 STS in addition to some other electrical symptoms in the instrument panel. Did replacing the neutral safety switch resolve the intermittent problem? After 3 days at the dealer, I was told it was instrument panel module (IPM) but car worked fine with the ground cable change they did for about 6 weeks. Then the no start problem came up. Thanks!
