  1. Thnx! I´ve been looking too but only found them in Russia….. It´s no reason to hurry. It´s for a car I may buy that didn´t pass inspection.
  2. @rockfangd Do You by any chance have the messurements for theese bushings? Since they are no longer availeable I guess you would have to make your own….
  3. I may have missed some details but…. Has it been garaged for a long time? Breake linings stuck to rotors? If so it should go away after hard use.
  4. It´s for sure the alternator. Guess it has been replaced with the wrong substitute. Can anyone confirm the partnumber and what it will take to fix? From what I´ve learned two of the four lines should change places? The alternator must come out since you can not even see the connector under there.
  5. The sound is like a mosquito but absolutly constant for a week or more now. Somewere close to or below the alternator. ??????
  6. @BodybyFisher No offense taken. I always try to point this out to "less expirienced" DIY´s to avoid misstakes. As You know I have a 4,5 and I think there are big differences to the ht4100 but I have never owned one.
  7. From the driver seat, yes No other way to determin left or right on a car! But I can not hear the sound from there….. Relay? Doubt that. The sound is to "soft" and even. Horn? No. Same reason. Suspension pump? I Think it sits in the rear. Vacuum pump? Maybe. I can feel it on some vacuum lines but I can not find the pump??? Why does it stay on?
  8. My -90 Eldorado has been left alone for a while. Battery unhooked. Started up a few days ago. Now, when turned of I can hear a tiny noice as from a very small pump or electric motor. Seems to stay on permanent. Buzz comes from the right side of engine bay I think.... No obvius sorce on top of engine. Help!
  9. Update. I never found any original strips. There are some that maybe could do the job but…. If anyone happens to stumble over the real thing I will be interested. Left side, front and back. Many thnx to all of You who tried to help. I´ll be back. Göran
  10. 😎Much gratefull!!! I have e-mailed Heather.
  11. Thanks alot BbF. You have been more than helpful! I´ll try to follow up on that lead. Today I had a stroke of bad luck…. I was to take some photos of the strips as promised and happened to drop the phone - just into the slot next to the rolled down rear window. You can not imagine how much one must disassembly to get down there. Ended up buyin a new phone.☹️
  12. Thanks Bruce. I have seen it but have not found the strips. Sent e-mail to them.
  13. Finally found info from ASC. They are not allowed to sell spareparts...☹️
  14. ASC????? The strips are special for the convertibles so maybe?
  15. I tried to take more pictures but it´s in the middle of the night and the flash was no good for closeup in the dark. I miss maybe 8" in the door and 10" at the rear window. The remains do not touch the glass.
  16. 😍 I desperatly need left side, front and rear.
  17. 😀😁 Hmmm... I don´t know any relevant zipcode... I read throu their scroll list but no "weather strip" or anything that look related. Language problems.....☹️
